Simple, secure and confirmed before we shop.
How payment works
- Send your list – it's free to request a quote.
- We confirm availability and brands and send your quote by WhatsApp/email.
- Once you approve, we send a secure Fygaro card payment link.
- We shop and deliver only after payment is received. After shopping we send your final receipt; any unused balance is refunded, and any small difference is billed with a new link.
Fees & timing
- Service fee: 20% of the final grocery receipt, minimum $40.
- Large yacht provisioning orders over $2,000: 15% service fee.
- Delivery: $15 Nassau / New Providence; $20 Paradise Island, Palm Cay, Albany and Lyford Cay. Marina deliveries are priced by area and delivered to your dock or slip. Tender or off-island delivery quoted separately.
- Order cutoff: please submit at least 48 hours before your requested delivery.
- Rush requests (under 48 hours): +$30, subject to availability.
- Quotes are estimates; your final total is based on actual store receipts. All prices in BSD/USD (1:1).

Nassau and Paradise Island (New Providence), including delivery to yachts at Nassau marinas and to vacation rentals / Airbnbs.
Policies
- Substitutions: if an item or brand is unavailable, we substitute something similar only if you allowed it; otherwise we leave it out or contact you.
- Refunds: any unused balance from your payment is refunded through Fygaro after shopping.
- Cancellations: full refund if cancelled before shopping begins. Once shopping has started, the service fee and any perishables already purchased are non-refundable; any unused balance is refunded via Fygaro.
- Re-delivery: $15 if we can't reach you or access the delivery location at the agreed time.
- Alcohol: we can purchase beer, wine and spirits on your behalf from licensed liquor stores at receipt cost plus our standard service fee. Valid ID (18+) is required at delivery.
- Perishables are delivered at the agreed time; someone should be available to receive them or provide safe access instructions.
